إن اعضاء و عضوات نقابة الاتحاد العام للشغالين بالمغرب فاس وهم في غمرة الاحتفال بهذه الذكرى الغراء ليعبرون لجلالتكم عن تأييدهم الدائم لسياستكم الرشيدة واعتزازهم الراسخ بعطاءاتكم المتواصلة والمنجزات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتعليمية المتتالية وفي شتى المجالات للسير قدما ببلادنا نحو التقدم والازدهار.

حفظكم الله يا مولاي وأدامكم لهذا الوطن منارا عاليا وسراجا هاديا، وأبقاكم ذخرا وملاذا لهذه الأمة تصونون عزتها وكرامتها، وأعاد على جلالتكم الحنيفة هذه الذكرى السعيدة باليمن والخير والبركات، وأقر عيني جلالتكم بولي عهدكم صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير المحبوب مولاي الحسن والأميرة الجليلة للاخديجة وشد عضدكم بصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير الجليل مولاي الرشيد وبسائر أفراد الأسرة الملكية الشريفة إنه سميع مجيب وبالاستجابة جدير.
